I was so hopeful at the prospect of selling here. I have bought many things from the store over the years so I have a good sense of what they buy. Even though their prices are high on some items, I still like the idea of helping the environment by thrifting. I’m also in their target age group for customers. Reading the website in detail, I brought my clothes to sell on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrive, I am told that they only offer store credit (no cash) on Sundays because the banks are closed. I do not recall any mention of this on their website. I was frustrated but understood and came back the next day. I brought in two bags full of clothes, brands such as Aerie, Zara, Hollister, Betsey Johnson, Wild Fable, H&M, Forever 21. Mixed in were some alternative fashion pieces from Hot Topic. Thought I would give it a shot thinking that whatever they accept will help me clear my closet. I waited 45 minutes and they only ended up taking 3 items. I took the store credit because there really wasn’t any point in me getting $9 cash. It honestly feels like a slap in the face. What hurts the most is that sellers take their time and energy to sort through items which might be accepted here, and the employees treat your garments like a pile of trash and show no appreciation for the effort you’re putting in to help their business and the environment. I highly doubt they thoroughly examined my clothes because I can’t fathom that out of at least fifty items only three were sold. There were more good pieces in there. I’ll be spending my store credit, but I will not come back to buy or sell again.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, who are willing to answer your questions truthfully, while also making suggestions if needed.. Great staff! Great store!

This store really has some great clothing and shoe selection. Every time I go in, I always find something new and perfect for any occasion!
