I have been going to this clinic for 5+ years. They have great staff and PA's (there are no doctors on site, fyi). When I followed up to see if they received my RX request, which they have previously prescribed before, they said they could not authorize it due to not being in their office for several months. I would need to do another consultation, blood work, etc. Why would I need to get reauthorized for medication that YOU have already prescribed to me before AND blood work? It's literally ezcema. You use the medication as needed. Their reasoning "We need to see why why the meds are not working". Huh? It is working, I just need more (I got this RX about 1 1/2 - 2 yrs ago). So you want me to come in, during a pandemic WITH an autoimmune disease, just so you can look at my skin and confirm I need more meds for a rash? Would you say that to a patient who has IBS, Rheumatoid arthritis, or Psoriasis? Doubt it. I even offered to pay for the "consultation" over the phone, because obviously that's what this is REALLY about, instead of putting the patient first. If the owner of this clinic is reading this and wants to make this right, call me, and I will delete this review. 949-***-6026

The staff is well educated in their respective job descriptions. Medical assistants (MA) kept myself, as well as other patients informed what to expect. The clinic was well maintained and clean. When I saw the physician assistant (PA), she was very attentive and knowledgeable to my underlying-condition. She answered any questions that I had, as well as made sure that I understood. When I left the PA’s office, the MA made my follow up appointment. The MA also asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. Very professional medical clinic.

I owe everything to the amazing nurses in the NICU, they are the best. Just amazing at what they do and wonderful people. My son was born at 31 weeks and I would never go anywhere else to give birth again, they took such good care of my boy and made us feel so at home. Thank you CPMC. The food is great too - I stayed there for two months! I miss the great yogurt parfaits in the cafeteria. Really good food for a hospital!
