This would have been a wonderful place to live. However, I had a bad experience and advise people who plan on living at pickwick to re-evaluate the terms of the lease. My experience: I communicated through text and was under the impression that I had to give $1000. for security deposit along with signing the lease, so I did 2 months in advance. Hence, 5 weeks prior to moving in to the apartment, I informed the manager that I would not be able to move in and would like to get my $1000. Returned. I was informed by the mgt. that I could not get my security deposit back because I signed a lease, please note: I never received keys or move in and gave 5weeks notice. It was emailed to me that a new tenant would move in on Feb 1st and my security deposit would be refunded. So I email mgt. today and now I was informed that I would be released from the lease and a new tenant would not move in until Feb 26. and I would not receive my $1000. Also, note I never filled out the money order or signed it. mgt was supposed to just hold the blank money order until I moved in. So I lost $1000 trying to be noble.

Great thing this is a safe community for women because you will be walking to you unit at NIGHT since visitors like to steal parking it has gotten way worse lately they try to address the problem but it hasn't really done much if anything more needs to be done I pay too much to walk to my unit every night and as a female alone it is scary they need to tow cars or have visitor parking or have someone here at night It is not just my building I think that would help other than that good good good place to live looks beautiful when it snows

Nicely refurbished apartment, well carpeted all the way. Good ventilation, nice space for balcony, decent plantation. Laundry a little away but pricing is good, convenient to use. Walmart is 2km, so a decent place to be in, happy to have selected this place.

Great apartments with loads of amenities. Here and there are patches of green to play with kids and family. There is a pool to offer some sort of a summer relief. Laundry rooms are there in every blocks. To sum up, it is A cheerful place to live in with friends and family. People are enough good and friendly.Anyone can feel safe and secure here to live in.
