The fitting room is closed. So you have to use poorly lit Pop up fitting rooms. They only have 2! I waited more than 20 minutes & decided to purchase the items. I tried them on at home & returned what did not fit! It was a disappointing experience. I have to shout out the Associates who are friendly & helpful!

Found some cute stuff but you have to visit it often. Only one day you cant find everything you need here.

I had fallen in love with this Ross years ago after wanting a dress in a major department store that didn't have my size. Finding that same dress deeply discounted instantly had me hooked. Fast forward to today. While I usually find most Ross stores to appear dirty for some reason, I was optimistic as I walked into the one Ross I always adored. I was in shock and disbelief. I know Ross is known to flex their floors for whatever event they are advertising, shoes, dresses, home, etc. , but everything just looked so empty. There was even a large empty spot in the middle of the store. Making matters worse was the two dressing rooms they put in the front of the store. Yet another store I won't return to. It looks like they were getting ready to go out of business.
