When shopping the Ulta Beauty ladies were super helping. When going to check out I was ignored so I figured I was in the wrong spot. Then I walked down further to another check out and she told me I was in the wrong line. No customer service skills whatsoever. I felt like I walked into her house instead of having a great experience.

No nonsense

I cannot say enough about Vanessa, Emily and Lola!!! What superb customer service!! Some items I could not find on the shelves and Emily went to the back and was able to find the items I was looking for! Thank you! Vanessa was so knowledgeable about the ingredients of products and taught me so much!! Thank you. Lola was so great too at the register suggesting the Ulta Credit Card and that I could save on my first purchase. I did it and yes, saved 20%!!! Thank you. So great to be back in the store and shopping again. Even better: having kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made me feel so valued!

It's ok Just go in and know what products you need I went today 7/4 and I had a great experience. I don't know if she is a manager, but Lola was amazing. I'm do happy she helped me today. Great people skills and totally knowledgeable of the store, products and procedures. 🥰

My wife gets stuck in that store 🤣 n I get stuck n the car🤦😂😂 but as far as I know she loves that place so I'm going to give it 5 stars on her behalf 👍
