Went to 2 subways here in NJ trying use a coupon that we got in the mail yesterday . None will accept thier coupons anymore. Reason given was due to inflation. I said then why are they sending out coupons in the mail. No more subways for us. We went next door and got Chinese instead. Much better and customer service

Ice machine doesn’t work. You can’t sell fountain sodas if your ice machine doesn’t work. That’s a rip off. Get it fixed or don’t sell fountain sodas. Place is a complete waste of money

It’s genuinely worth it to drive to another subway because going to this location will make you feel like you wasted your money. They always half a$$ the orders. The veggie are VERY rarely fresh. The kid behind the counter will often put on their gloves, start your order, stop to check someone out (handling cash and touching the screen) and then return to your order with the same gloves on. He also always looks high which doesn’t bother me, except I believe that is why he is so bad at his job. I had a salad delivered to me the other day and because they are around the corner from me it defaulted to them. I ordered a spinach salad and the salad container was literally only a third full. If you’ve ordered a salad from Subway in person and have seen how they make it, it’s obvious that this was just pure lake of care/laziness. I started driving to the location in Willingboro located on Rt 130. The difference in service, food quality, and cleanliness is like night and day. It’s wild. A nice Wawa opened across the street from them that offers everything they do, I don’t understand why they haven’t gotten it together to at least attempt to compete

Horrible place to get food from. I ordered online went to pick my sandwhich up and after 20 minutes it wasn't even made. I had to literally force them to switch gloves after touching handles, the microwave, and their oven. The food preparers initial response was, "we dont switch gloves at subway." After all that my sandwhich wasn't even cut in half. 0 stars if possible.
