First thing first, the staff is great. Janette and Maria is really nice and professional. With that said, I give this place 3 stars. I have been traveling for the last 3 months in over a dozen hotels and this is the first hotel that do not have breakfast!!! If you are a business traveler, this is definitely not your place. The room i stayed in did not have a microwave. To be fair, Maria did offer to find a room with a microwave. But it was already too late. And finally, my HVAC was not working correctly. LOL. 1) No breakfast...... Bad. 2) No microwave ( some rooms ) 3) Non working HVAC. ( in mine, at least ) I would have given this place a 1 star if not for Janette and Maria.

Stayed there this week . Clean nice rooms . Shower Water could have been a little warmer. My Five stars is for the staff at Front Desk and Cafe in morning they were so friendly and accommodating. Keep it up👍☘️

This is coming from a former employee.. They are dirty, they don’t change the comforters on the beds, the rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly, they give you 30 minutes to clean the whole room bathroom included.. that’s not enough time to completely sanitize a room. It’s ghetto and you’re better off booking an airbnb, I was told not to take the comforters off because “they weren’t really touched” so that’s another persons bodily fluids you’re laying in . I’ve seen some of the nastiest stuff working there and I definitely do not recommend .
