Checked in later at night and they had no actual person at a desk to check you in it was like some sort of kiosk where you talk to some one on a video screen to check in. They weren't even in this country. So If I needed a employee for help or to get me something I was just beat I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ There was an employee up front tho in the morning. Rooms are very nice and big. They have a fridge and microwave as well. Stay has been good so far.

For a 2-star hotel, my stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable but some details were rusty and old. Also, the floors were filthy. My feet got so dirty! The hotel is dog friendly which is great and breakfast is included with the stay which was an added bonus.

For a two star hotel, go elsewhere - the quality and experience is a lower tiered place or motel. This establishment did not meet the baseline standard for front desk competency or room cleanliness. Front desk and the virtual check in machine were very slow to check people in. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for my turn as they couldn’t find the reservations of the folks ahead of me. Turns out, the front desk also could not find me initially. It took over thirty minutes from when I walked in until I got to my room. I will say that the virtual check in machine that has a live person from abroad was far nicer and understanding than the older gentleman behind the counter - I could not hear a word he was saying. He seemed curt and untrained. Four different people came down in the time I was waiting to report to him that their room keys did not work. The room itself was not in acceptable condition. Carpet by the door was damp and the room had a musky smell. Water pooled in the tub and there was mildew/mold in the bathroom. The room also didn’t have a chair for the workstation/desk. Overall, this was not a good experience and I wish we had paid $15-25 more for a different hotel.

This hotel served its purpose. It was a good location. Breakfast was good and early enough for us. The beds were satisfactory. We had two rooms and the shower handle in one was not great and difficult to operate. Most of all it was reasonable. We weren't looking for bells and whistles, just a place to rest until we had to leave early the next morning.
