Management is unfriendly and provides minimal upkeep. Rents continue to sky-rocked with no end in site. People have bought homes in here that are now worth, in the best cases, only about 20% of what they paid for them because of extremely high monthly space rent fees.

All I know is the lot rent is so cost prohibitive it's ridiculous. May be prime real estate location, but it's a mobile home park.

Hidden gem. Great location near the ocean, sandwiched between million dollar homes at a fraction of the price, and no property taxes.

Horrible management and water is CONSTANTLY out of order or shut off which is ridiculous for the space rent that is charged. Out of here ASAP. Bummer because it is such a fantastic location and community.

It is dog friendly space is go up the closer to the ocean you get I believe they are at least $1,700 a month
I see signs for sale not sure if there are people renting out , my mom lives there
No, no dues. Couldn't tell you why so many are for sale, but we like it here.
