Unfortunately I ended up not being able to move into due to interpersonal reasons. Which was a shame, since besides for the apartment being nice, the staff was so accommodating, and offered so much that I'm sure I would've been very comfortable here. I could tell that they genuinely cared about the residents and tried their best to work with them, which is hard to find. Brittany in particular was extremely helpful- she gave fast and thorough responses to all of my questions, made sure I was aware of all of my options, and offered personal input in narrowing down a place. All especially impressive during this COVID-19 crisis. If you're looking for an affordable apartment in Hampden, I think this is your most reliable bet.
