David and Dad’s Cafe, there is a first-time for everything! Today’s breakfast was a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, topped with butter and jelly on toast. This sandwich was a call-in order with a request for well-done bacon. The chef did well, on the well done, when I did find a strip. I learned this sandwich only comes with two.✌🏾 The eggs were softer than my liking, and the bread was soggy. Maybe they were busy; it seems they barely touched the grill. The building lives up to its reputation. Very picturesque!

One thing that immediately makes David and Dad’s cafe stand out to me is the location and all the beautiful historic touches they’ve kept. Being in the building was great and I just kept taking more pictures. I’ll also say the service was friendly and quick. I ordered the Reuben and garden salad and they were both pretty good but the bread was a bit soggy and I’m used to more meat on a good Reuben. The garden salad was simply a garden salad which is good. Ultimately if I go back it will be for the atmosphere over the food but the food was not bad at all!

I don’t even know where to begin about this place. You never would’ve guessed that this place would be so astounding but it is. I say that in that manner because there are a lot of cafés in Baltimore but this one absolutely stands out. Above all else, GET THE MATCHA LATTE. But, if you’re hungry, get the chipotle chicken sandwich or literally anything on the menu because everything is delicious. I will be returning to this place. Great food, great service, a 10/10 place.

Nice place to eat in town. You order your meal, they give you a number and bring it out to you. Food was very good. The place seems busy all the time. The only complaint that I have is that we had gotten breakfast and everything is behind the counter so we could not get our coffee while we were waiting for our food. We had the first wait till our food was delivered then go back up to the counter with the server that brought the food out to get our coffee. If you want other beverages such as soda or juices there are fridges so you can grab your drinks yourself so that’s not an issue. You pay for your meal when you are finished eating. They have Apple Pay. If you wanna quick David and dad’s café.
