The poor customer service definitely ruined part of the experience. If you have the city pass, go directly to their representative super early or the day before to make a reservation. They will not accept the city pass “10 minutes before” like they told us when we inquired (night tour). We had to learn the hard way and came three different nights. As for the tour, I suggest you do it if you’re not a Miami native. You do get a scope of the city as well as some interesting facts. Overall okay experience.

Excelente!!! Excellent !!! We were in Miami last week and we took the night tour bus with Michael!!! He was great and very funny , we had a great time !! Started raining and he never stop talking about the city , he is a great guy ! Very professional and nice person ! Please give a rise to this guy !!! Best tour I ever had ! Thanks !

Definitely the best night tour I have ever had. Our guide Carolina really knows how to do her job. Its was interesting hearing her guide. She explained everything very well. I highly recommend to all to try this tour. It's worth it you will not regret. Little advice: don't forget to take sweater with you 😉.

I thought that they were going to let us know when ever we got to a new stop on the mic but instead the had headphones that were not offered when getting on the bus. I saw some on the floor and they were broken. Overall it was alright pretty cool to see the city as a passenger. When using the app to be honest it was kinda stressful cause the app was not synced with where the buses were actually at so we were at the stop earlier then needed.
