Great muni. Greens are really good and quite quick for the amount of play the course receives. Some very challenging holes like 7, 12, 16-18.

Every dive bar and greasy spoon will eventually make it's way onto my page. Do you like a good hotdog? I don't golf but from time to time a great hotdog hits a spot that a filet mingon would not. The Oceanside golf course walk up deli had been recommended as top notch dog so I had to give it a shot. There is ample parking close so if all you want is a hotdog you can grab one and go quick and easy. They use Kirtland (Costco) brand hotdogs which are all beef, and they grill them which adds flavor. You get hotdog and chips for $4.50 and it is a 1/4Lb dog so you get pretty full for less than five bucks. If you are working around Douglas/Vandergrift in Oceanside and want to grab a quick lunch on the cheap I would definitely recommend Oceanside Golf Club deli. Enjoy!

One of the best golf courses in Oceanside! Great place to play 18 holes! Greens and fairways are well maintained year round! Can’t go wrong with the price of the green fees either! I try to play here a few times a month. Also great that their practice range is on real grass!!
