Janet was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and used my visit time efficiently. Im inclined to visit their location and stay with spectrum because she made the process of finding plans/prices, setting up an account, providing information/instructions easily. The self install at home was also very easy. So far the internet has been working great.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient, helping us so much with changing over our mobile plans. We luckily timed it well by going in the morning though; it got quite busy with a long list of waiting customers as we were being looked after. Recommend making an appointment in order to not wait.

Usually I hate going into phone stores but the fellow was very nice and help me with a return and I really appreciated it. Also I didn't have to wait in line which was nice

This is not a store specific review but a company review. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM. Their customer service and dedication to its customers is pathetic. I can guarantee you will have various issues in regards to set up and termination of accounts and services that will require multiple calls into the company. It seems that no employee is empowered to make decisions and do what's right for the customer. I had a simple call in to cancel services on a specific date and equipment return in which i was told no equipment was needed to be returned. My services were not cancelled on the asked date and I am now being billed for equipment that is no longer in my possession. There is no accountability at this company and I recommend avoiding spectrum.
