This post is directly to Tina (cashier), you need to adjust your attitude and how your interact with customers. Being kind and friendly to customers are a few competencies a person must be able to demonstrate if your job requires customer service skills. A few days ago, the way your responded to the elderly lady just asking you a question was disrespectful. It took my husband to hold me back from saying something to you. This morning you were rude and unprofessional towards me and I was asking another cashier a question, not you. Yet, you felt the need to say something. So, I gave you direct feedback to your face. Take the time to seek customer service training from Safeway and adjust your attitude quick. You are going to say something with your nasty attitude to the wrong person, again. The next time you may not receive a professional courtesy and constructive feedback from a customer.

I like the store, but whatever you do, don’t order grocery pick up or delivery from them. They will send you moldy produce

They stopped or reduced human cashiers which ended up in longer lines at the automated cash machines. People often need assistance and with only one supervisor its really hard to attend to all of them often making the lines long. If they plan to bring in more automation, they much have more organization and supervisors to manage the lines with minimal wait and discomfort

Store was clean, organized and stocked. Employees helpful and ready to serve. Lines were very long, due to staffing shortage and the holiday. You were able to check out at Starbucks if you had two items or less.

They do! In the first rack of the produce dept.
No
They had some frozen ones
Aside from arrows on the floor, which most customers ignore, the practices are minimal. Glass for the cashiers is really the limit. There's no good way to enforce the rules of customers continue to ignore them.
I don't think so. Almost sure they don't
yes
