Back in town for a family event after moving out of Maryland a few years back, stopped at the green turtle for lunch with expectations of “same old bar style food” and was pleasantly surprised to see rockfish bites on the menu. I ordered them and the Maryland crab soup. The rockfish bites were phenomenal. 10/10. They were flaky, buttery, and fried crisp without soaking up the oil. The Maryland crab soup could have had more veggies in my opinion, my bowl mostly consisted of Lima beans broth and fine shreds of crab meat, i would say 3/10 IMO. otherwise very good, the atmosphere was good and service was good.

First time visiting the area... The place was very relax in the sense where you get off from a long day and you go just to watch game and have good beverages also good food. Like the way they put the cups on the bar was kind of unique, bartender were awesome.. Great experience. I was there with some work colleagues and it was good.

I only gave it one star because I couldn’t give ZERO. The waitress Kayln (or something like that-sorry for the misspelling) was cool. HOWEVER everything else was a mess! My strawberry lemonade taste like it had a salt rim on it. We were there for OVER an hour before we even received an appetizer AND when we did it was a guacamole produce sticker in our food we didn’t even have guacamole!!!!!! Needless to say we walked out SMH
