I was hesitant to book here which I did on their website due to recent poor reviews. I like to give people a chance if they are at least close to 4 stars so I did. The customer service was great actually! They even picked me up within 10 mins at 2am from the airport . The only down side and can be a big one, is the coupon that I printed off when I booked was not honored. Apparently the only coupon that is usable is the one that is currently on the website. In my case it was about a 16 dollar difference. If not for that I would have rated 5 stars.

DON'T PARK HERE IT'S A BIG RIP OFF. We prepaid for parking and gave ourselves 45 minutes to get from the airport back to the shuttle lot. It took the driver 25 minutes to actually get to us and then we circled the airport and spent another 10 minutes picking up more passengers. When we finally got to our car and left it was 6:07 - we were charged $20.99 - A FULL EXTRA DAY because of their delayed shuttles. Of course there is no one to speak to there so you have no choice to pay. I just called to speak to someone about this and was greeted by the rudest girl - absolutely no customer service. "Well ya, that's what's going to happen if you check out late" "Well didn't you add in time for the shuttle?" (didn't realize I needed to add in an hour) when I asked to speak to someone who could help she told me no one could help me and then finished our lovely chat with "you should probably read the fine print". So there you go - my title of this review YOU SHOULD PROBABLY READ THE FINE PRINT. Enjoy that $20 - it's the last you'll see of my money or anyone else I can tell.

Deceptive pricing and obviously scamming people. Dishonest, poor customer service, waited 45+ min from time called until shuttle arrived, shuttle was dirty and smelled like BO. Very disappointing experience. I'll be sure to look into them further as I see red flags of a money laundering operation.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle runs frequently to and from airport and upon our return, comes soon after we call, drivers have always been very nice. No covered parking but that has never been an issue. Coupons for a bit lesser daily rate often available online. Make a reservation! Too, follow the directions they offer to get to their lot ~ it can be confusing the first time but you will have no problems the next time!!! Safe travels~

Go online to find a coupon for as little as 12 or $14 an hour
Go to their website. They do have the best rates around the airport. Customer service is great too!
