Due to SYSTEM LIMITATIONS you cannot adjust or change your payment due dates! Which is a major inconvenience to their services, especially if your pay day is opposite from the day you purchased an insurance policy with this company. So Beware. The day you purchase will be your permanent payment due dates.

Cancelling now! Transferred 13 times trying to add a vehicle to the policy. Hung up on twice. It's been a week and still haven't been able to add a vehicle. They can't add a vehicle and they refuse to let u cancel. U have to go to the bank and put a stop pay on it.
Literally asked the same thing myself. They are a small enough company that no one cares.

Worst service ever!!!! Even if you have full service with towing, instead of be treating for injury’s you have to find a tow company and pay for towing up front and will you call them they hang up on you and don’t answer any questions . DO Not GET COVERAGE FROM Them save Yourself the headache & trouble by going to a different insurance company

Yes i was just charged 36.80 for cancelation fee I hate Legacy anytime i ask questions my agent says call them and i can see from the comments i would nt get any help
I was insured with Legacy through Freeway Insurance. If you stop by any Freeway store they can help you with your payments.
