This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a BWW in a long time. There was no one in the front to greet and have you seated. We waited until one worker passing by told us we can sit. The waiter took a while to come to us. After our order was taken we waited over 30 minutes for our food. We were ordering food for a family of 4 so it wasn’t a lot. She then got one of my orders incorrect completely and then when my food came out it was terrible. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was so overcooked and hard that I had to send it back. I refused to wait another 30 minutes so I did not order. My husband and son ordered wings and the wings were disgusting they were dry and burnt (I attached a picture). The waiter didn’t even offer us refills on our water which is unbelievable. When I received the check it was incorrect so I had to wait additional time until that was corrected. I love BWW but I will never visit this location again and I strongly suggest neither do you unless you want bad service and bad food. What a waste of money we spent tonight.

The food was on par for expectations; what food did arrive. Completely forgot our appetizers. What is really terrible is having to give your phone number to pay the bill. I was told you had to give your phone number to get a text message to pay. Then I go the the website and see BWW sells your information. Last time I will go to Buffalo Wild Wings. This should be told upfront before service, I would have left.

Ordered the 10 boneless wings bundle. Receipt even confirmed it. The bag stated that a worker had checked the order. I opened it up when I got home and it was 5 bone in wings. I called up and after 20 minutes in hold the manager tells me I can get a refund within 8-9 days. It's been two weeks and NOTHING on my credit card statement. I've disputed the charge and I'm never coming back. If you enjoy wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours with the sauce soaked into them then this place is for you!

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. But for some reason the Columbia place can never get my order correct. I always order carrots and celery and I never receive them. Or sometimes I only get carrots. One time I ordered and the celery was bad. Another time I ordered and they changed my traditional wings to boneless without any notification. For some reason the people working at this place, always give my husband a bad attitude. Customer service here is really not about the customer.

One of the best buffalo wild wings, in town...very fresh in everyway. Servers here are very friendly and quick service. Especially when sporting events are happening. The manager makes sure everyone is taken care of...at all times.
