Clean and well stocked compared to mission valley which I usuallt go to. Will have to drive a few more mins to this one because employees here arent rude like that locstion had horrible experience there. This chula vista Palomar streeet had everything I needed

This is the only Party City I go to now! The customer service is always amazing. I have been 2 times in the recent month and I had a great experience both times. The people that work their won’t leave you aimlessly staring at the latex balloons forever while you try and match your big Mylar ballon. Lol Both times I was offered help with such great ideas! The recipients loved their balloons. <3 Thanks 😊

Mylar is free. Latex is a little over a dollar per balloon. Make sure you bring receipt.
Not sure. I was there in a Sunday. I don't think so, you should be fine. I'm almost sure it's like $1.00 per balloon filled of helium, small 9 inch.
