Today I spoke with Kyle in the front office. Apparently you have to hold on to your summer pool passes forever or pay $50 for a new pass. When you renew your lease, you're not given a new set of pool passes. They want you to pay $50 for a rubber band bracelet or else you and your family cannot utilize the swimming pool that you pay to use monthly. You're already paying a pretty great penny to live here. And now you have to pay $50 to replace pool passes from last summer attached to your old lease. And as Kyle quoted, "he has instructed the lifeguards to not allow anyone in without a pass." So now you're almost being forced to pay $50 for a rubber band bracelet pool pass. Sounds like a rip off to me. Thank God for Columbia Association.

I've lived here for a little over a month now and love it. The leasing office staff are always very courteous, there's usually interesting events going on and good food trucks stop by from time to time. The community is quiet, clean, and finding parking close to my unit has not been an issue so far.

This community has hands down been the best living experience my family and I have had. Not only is the community nice, the staff is amazing! The leasing agent Bisa, has done an outstanding job since day one. Has always had excellent customer service, supper easy and fun to talk to and has always taken care of us whenever we had any issues. The sales manager Kyle is super nice and very knowledgeable. Has always been able to answer any questions we have had. The maintenance staff is ON IT! I can put in a maintenance request online at 3am and they will be knocking on our door at 9am to fix it. Haven’t had any issues with this team! Out of all the places we have lived, this is by far the best experience yet.

Hello, I want to take a few moments of my busy day, to advise you about one of your maintenance technicians named Guillermo Rios. I ask him what his name was because I wanted to advise his manager that every since I've live at the Avalon, Guillermo has been so kind and respectful. When he come s into my apartment he is very respectful and friendly. He is even friendly when he see me outside of my apartment and ask how is my day and ask is everything good with my apartment. Now that is great customer service, I must say. He makes sures that he lets me know what he has done when he performs a repair request and what caused the issue. All of your maintenance techs are not that this unfortunately. I just wanted to take a few moment to advise you that you have an awesome maintenance employee in Guillermo Rios.
