Save yourself time and frustration and don’t print anything here. Wanted to print simple 11x14 and 8x10 photos and it took 2 failed attempts for me to give up completely. They printed the photos with white borders when I specifically asked the photos to be properly zoomed in and cropped - TWICE. This was after I resized and saved the files to the proper size myself, and yet they still couldn’t solve the problem. 0/10 went to CVS instead and it was a breeze.

First, salesman tried to sell me a wireless printer that was anywhere from twice as much to four times as much as I needed until he went into the back room where his coworker had just come back from lunch; then he had an epiphany and realized I could get the cheaper one. He grabbed ink I didn’t need and put with my printer. Then because he was confused, he had me confused on how to set it up. I was able to set up my printer but was not able to link with my phone (internet). I called and he said come on in and I’ll help you set it up but when I went in, there was suddenly a $39.95 charge. I returned everything in that moment and am going to go somewhere where they are much more knowledgeable than the young man who waited on me or the one who was working with him the day I went back. It’s a shame that you can’t buy something without them wanting to charge you to show you how to use it!

Staples has one thing going for them: consistency. The one nearest to where I live is disastrous when it comes to printing services, this one is par. I needed to laminate a single piece of paper. The guy in front of me (there were only 2 of us there) needed the same, and he talked to the girl who took his item and immediately laminated it. Okay, I thought, this will go quick. They guy that works there came up to me and I told him what I needed. He walked away without saying anything and went to his terminal. I figured, okay, that means I follow him. He asked me if I needed a rush job and to pick it up tomorrow. Uh, no, dude, it's a single laminate and I'm from out of town. I told him I needed it now. He then just looked at the person behind me that just walked in as if to be a condescending a-hole. I asked what the problem was and he said that there were too many rush jobs ahead of me. Weak. I expect Staples to be the next Circuit City. This dude's daddy must own the store. Note: FedEx has you buy the laminates and leave the machine there for you to do it yourself. I like that adult way better. Would be worth the trip, read the other reviews here. Another note: I pretty much never write negative reviews. Ever.

All I needed was 20 color copies! I got on the online App and uploaded everything and the online upload wasn't working. I called the local store, Westminster, to ask about the upload site. They gave me a Tech hotline and I called and they were closed on the weekend and I needed the copies. So I called the store back. I asked if I could email them the flyer so they could print it and was promptly told "NO". I then purchased a thumb drive and headed to the store where they made the copies - AND THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE THE PRICE OF WHAT THEY ADVERTISED ONLINE! It cost me $7 for the thumb drive then over $15 FOR 20 COPIES. They also didn't return my thumb drive even though I asked several times. I gave them another shot today and again the online app was not working. I got mad and my stuff is now being printed at the UPS Store in Westminster - $7 for the entire order and I was able to EMAIL the flyer. Guess who earned the business? NOT STAPLES!
