This hotel, despite a valiant attempt at an apparent renovation, is laughably bad. TV, if it works in your room, has over the antenna stations, no cable. The internet crawls, don't expect much. The rooms have microwave and mini fridge combos that you are lucky to have work. Door knobs may fall off. You may have to change rooms 3 or 4 times before you get one that is "ok". Pool is across the parking lot and out of order. The arcade is 95 degrees for some unknown reason. Breakfast ends at 830 and is subpar - we were there at 815 and the worker refused to put out additional waffle batter. I can't really say anything good about this hotel. Don't stay here. Gives Best Western a bad name.

We have been staying here for about two months for work. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. However, over the last few weeks we have been constantly disrupted by the housekeeping crew. I don’t know if there is a new crew working here or not, but they are constantly disruptive outside our door, no matter what room we are staying in for the week. The group is talking loudly, joking amongst themselves, talking on the phone and playing music while cleaning rooms. This goes on from 11am to 2pm some days. We work night shift and even though we put the privacy/do not disturb sign on the door, they still proceed to yell housekeeping AS they are opening the door. This is unacceptable!

We stayed here in the past before it was renovated, and it was decent then. This time it was extra clean and updated. It smelled good and everything functioned the way its supposed to. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and was amply stocked.

Stayed here September 2021 during Dickinson College parent weekend. First impressions count....When we arrived we were told our room was not available as it was "dirty". We were then given an apparently different room that was very clean. Drove around back to bring in our bags and while reaching for our key we were told by the people hanging out in the parking lot that the back door entrance doesn't lock. The next morning, we found that the shower was not operational! Reported it, went out, spent time outdoors at events and came back to find out it was still not working. The hotel was full with no other rooms. We were told again they would work on it. At one point were told nothing could be done because it was the weekend. Also one of the desk staff said that at a different place he worked they would suggest plugging the drain with a washcloth to take a bath and we might want to try that. Also the second floor opens from a balcony to the lounge downstairs which was pretty loud for awhile. I didn't care for the lounge's "LED light" ambience, thought others might like it. I will say, the hotel appeared clean both in our room and commmon areas. It alowed pets which was also a bonus. I don't remember anything about a breakfast, perhaps because it was during COVID but then again the lounge was full of people at night. No adjustment to our bill despite our request. Will not stay there again.
