This is the roof bar atop The Hoxton Portland next to the Chinatown gate. These might be the best bartenders in Portland. Delicious drinks and great food, too. Great views in a very comfortable atmosphere. Good service and fair prices.

The worst dining experience-EVER! My friend who lives there has been wanting to dine there for sometime. She thought it would be a wonderful dining experience to take us. It started out wrong from the moment we walked in. We were never greeted & ignored. We had a reservation and asked if we could be seated outside the lady said, "that's for our wait list. "We have to prioritize the wait list" not once did she offer to put us on the wait list-we had to ask. We asked to be seated by the windows since it was freezing inside. The lady told us "I need that for my reservation of 6". About half way into the meal, the lady comes up to us and informes us the the reservation of 6 didn't show up and asked if we would like to be seated there. She mentioned that she didn't want us to think she was lying about the reservation. Then the appetizer I ordered with my dinner came out at the same time as my meal. I ordered a coke and after what seemed like 30 minutes, I had to ask for my drink. Next, they were out of every drink my friend ordered. They didn't have the beer she ordered, next she ordered a mojito. Ten minutes later they finally come up and tell us they're out of mint. Next, she ordered a bloody Mary. They made the drink & upon delivery tell us they're out of celery; that their bar is limited. They should have informed her prior to making the drink and offered a drink on the house for all the inconveniences. In waiting, we observed people who were seated after us, being served before us. Our drinks came with our dinner when we orded them at the time we were seated. All of our drinks were served after our dinner. My other friend ordered a margarita. Our server never asked if anyone had allergies so when the drink was brought out, we had to send it back. They remade the drink and spilled it on her-never apologizing. Towards the end of our meal they wanted to apologize for the spilled drink and brought 3 pan dulce for the 4 of us. After we finished our meal, the server started clearing the table & our friend ask very nicely "are you open to suggestion?" The server turned around and ran out of there. Food sucked, service sucked, attitudes sucked.👎

Very nice rooftop. The food was correct, but not amazing. We didn't try the drinks. The attention was good.

It’s a nice instagramy place with good cocktails but the food lacks seasoning and the staff is looking to turn tables over as fast as they can. If you want to hangout with people and drink for a longer period of time it’s not the place.
