The mark of a truly great buying experience is when your expectations are exceeded; even when there’s a problem or issue. Did I have a problem? Yes. Was it resolved beyond what I expected? Yes! Bob’s Discount Furniture is truly concerned about the customer experience, and it showed. From the time I walked into the showroom in Harrisburg after an uncomfortable night on my old, worn-out, lumpy mattress, to the final moment of falling into bed on a fresh mattress that enveloped me in comfort, I felt the staff leading/guiding me through what I needed to do. They listened to my concerns, made suggestions and recommendations, and cautioned against potential issues. Ultimately, I ended up with sleep nights that I had forgotten were possible. And I can’t help but think, “Why did I wait so long on this?”

We purchased two brand new couches. Within 1 year the stitching pulled apart on the one seat. We filed paperwork with the warranty company who said it’s not covered because it wasn’t an accident. I then called the store who said file it with Bobs directly. After their review they said it wasn’t a manufacturer defect. This has been a nightmare, everyone blaming each other. The stitching pulled apart, it’s a manufacturer defect and very easy to see this. This company only cares about volume and not quality. I was I need of furniture for 3 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen for my company too.

The two gentlemen that helped me pick out my furniture were absolutely fantastic. They offered great suggestions and showed me everything I needed to take into account regarding my furniture arrangement. 10/10 Service. If I have only one complaint about Bob’s furniture it’s that I wish I could get my furniture faster. Because I’m going months without any furniture at all in my apartment. But that is really because of the current times we live in.
