Moving is not the easiest of times especially in this profession. As a college football coach we have had to move from state to state a number of times. Our experience with Roans was outstanding from the start. My wife had to do much of this on her own and the people of Roans were sensitive to her needs and did a great job taking care of the "fragile" items we have collected over time. They were efficient at both ends and the ability of the men who moved us was excellent. A plus is the way that they worked together and asked before they placed items. After having a really bad experience with another local moving company, my partner and I decided to try Roans. Glad we did! They made every step easy. The quote was done over video call and Echo was wonderful and polite to my partner. On moving day, the guys showed up on time and got right to work. WE were quoted for 5 hours and they got the truck packed and then unloaded in 3.5. They all worked well together, were polite and respectful. This was out first big move and they made it SO MUCH easier on us. We did feel a little rushed, but it is peak season for them, and they had other jobs to go to, so it was understandable. I didn't feel judged for the state of our house and the chaos and they really helped ease the nerves I had with moving. Roans was absolutely great. Will be using them again if we can!
