It's a great place to live. Newberry Estates has a stringent screening policy and enforces lease terms to help maintain the highest quality of living. It's unfortunate that people who were not able to be admitted or those that failed to abide by the lease terms feel the need to write unfair reviews.

Love it here. Office help and maintenance are phenomenal. They do their best to help with any problem. The grounds are well kept. The added convience of all utilities included is great. You can call maintenance 24 hours a day.

The office people are very nice. The outside the maintenance men are busy everyday clean it up making it look ver nice. For as many residents that live here in this community it's a nice quiet place the only time you hear the children and it's when they're at the playground and they're having a ball and it's one of the cleanest and most wonderful playground I haven't seen for a long time

I do not agree with the other written reviews, but it is their right to write what they feel. I've been here for 17 years & have seen a lot of changes. They have been all for the good. I have no complaints about my apartment or management.
