Apologies for taking so long to respond, we have been without Internet for a week. You can burn yard debris, if you are outside the city limits, you will need a burn permit from Idaho Department of Lands. You can visit their website at http://burnpermits.idaho.gov. If you prefer to call, for Kootenai County call 208-769-1577 or for Bonner County call 208-263-5104.
Inland Paper is in Hoot Owl, but the rest of the District is not. The District is in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions. Chain saws are not prohibited until Stage II.
