Went here 11am on a Monday and it was awful. Served gummy chicken livers probably an hour or two old. Brought it back to get chicken and that was horrible as well. Extremely salty.

Less than 1 if this is an option. Customer service is poor. Our order was messed up to begin with and when we inquired about drinks we were told that we ordered meals and not combos which come with drinks. My husband tried to clarify that what he ordered didn’t even show on the meal menu and the lady taking our order was being short tempered and hateful and then walked away. The manager came over and as we tried to explain the issue she stated she already knew what was going on and refused to listen to what the issue was. Both the manger and the cashier were cussing and yelling at us during encounter. Cashier threatened to take my husband outside and whoop his a**. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would love to talk to corporate regarding this encounter.

First time going here. Got excited about other 10 star review. Thought it must be good. 1st off the chicken sandwich is dry. Much dryer than Chick-fil-a. Both my wife and I who both had 1 thought so. 2ndly the chicken sandwich combo is $7.59 which is $3.60 more for 1 side and a soda. My wife asked for the Mac and cheese and look at the miniature sauce cup they gave us of mac' n cheese. It's like maybe 2 tablespoons! For $3.00 !! That's incredible! For the pot pie the drink was only .50 cents more to add it. That means they charged us 3$ for maybe almost 2 tablespoons of macaroni!! That's crazy. Next time I come through Rolla I won't be going to Lee's. We were caravaning with a friend who bought a meal for all his 4 kids and spent 40$ also. He and I both agreed we wish we had gone to Wendys instead where you get more value for the money.
