I have been a customer for 14 years. Nothing negative to say about the corporate service.....but sometimes 2 hours on the phone is a little draining. After a long time with customer service from corporate I decided to go to my local T Mobile. If only I'd known to go locally first. ( I know now). BIGGEST Thumbs up to Kayla In Rolla Mo. And the rest of the of the staff. If I could give more stars I would.

Run! Don't do business at this location! Especially if you're over 55 and not tech savvy. We are both in our 60s. We were lied to about coverage / service- told that T-MOBILE was commensurate with AT&T. This after I informed the sales person that my employment required cell phone coverage. We were billed for undisclosed charges and services we didn't order. "Rebates" never materialized. When we changed back to AT&T, we lost access to our account even though we decided to keep the home internet which is what we went there for in the first place. By the time we realized we were duped, I had spent $1,400, owed $220, andT-MOBILE refused to take back their "free phones and watches". BEWARE!!!

The phone might be 499+ or more. I'm not completely sure as prices can change as more versions of phones are released.
