Been sitting here for over 45 minutes to get a table for just the three of us and the host was rude, ignored my friend the server had two tables and when my friends daughter called and asked how long was the wait the host lied and said that there was no wait. If there is no wait then why the three of us is still waiting. Asked for a manager several times noone got the manager everyone seemed high off of something, just very disfuntional. Corporate needs to give this place a surprise visit seriously

Absolutely ridiculous. So I have been here for over an hour with my 9 year old daughter to eat. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order (apparently this is due to the fact that the waitress who was supposed to take our order quit and No one let the other waitress know). We ordered simple items pancakes, skillet, bacon (No steak or etc). It has now been Over 40 minutes since our order was taken. Not only do we not have our food, but not one time has the waitress returned to say "sorry for the wait" or "would you like more water" or "we didn't forget about you" - NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. I'm truly appalled. Yes, I've had poor service before, but this goes above and beyond. So my lovely waitress has just informed me that it's going to be about another 10 minutes and she just "wanted to update" me without refilling my water or apologizing for the wait of course. Mind you there are now 3 other tables who arrived AFTER we did that have received their food! I strongly recommend NEVER attending this place.

This was my girlfriends eggs Benedict. It looks curdled. Maybe they messed up and ended up cooking the eggs in the process. But it was and looks greasy. Really bad looking food. She ended up eating only half cause it just wasn't good. She told me not to say anything cause I'm kinda rude sometimes.

Worst Denny's I have ever seen! We went there after spending all day at Silver dollar city and waited 30 minutes to get seated. We ordered 3 meals with pancakes and only one person got their pancakes. We had to ask the waitress several time before whe brought out the second of the three pancakes. The third meal never got pancakes until we we're about to leave. My wife asked for hash browns with her meal and had to ask again after meal showed up. When we got the bill it was had meals on it that we didn't order (probably why we didn't get the right food). When I explained it to the manager when we checked out she accused us of not asking for the right food. I felt dirty after leaving the establishment not what you would expect for a tourist town.
