I would just like to share my experience here. For all of the negative reviews because they were admitted as an in-patient I do not have any comments regarding that but my experience with the IOP (Intensive Out-Patient) program has helped me tremendously! I was a mess and skeptical when I started the program but after getting to know everyone in the group and the therapists. I finally got the mental and emotional support that I needed and the fact that the therapists really advocates for their patients well being is such an amazing feeling to know that there is someone out there who truly cares and believes that your existence is essential. I just stepped out of my psychiatrist’s office and she cannot believe how much I have changed. She said I looked put together and confident. And I do, the IOP program gave me the sense if normalcy that I have not experience in a long time and it feels awesome! Brian Stanfill is an amazing therapist! He truly cares and he makes sure that anybody that is under his care is getting the proper treatment and support that they need. This is by far the beat facility I have been to thatI actually seen and felt the results.

INBH is not even worth a full star. This is a mental health hospital I absolutely loved my job until I switched department & to Finance Dept & worked for Marci Culton Supervisor. I’ve dealt w/ such an unprofessional, jealous with NO CLASS. Less than a month I had a “Performance Review” w/ Amy Hermann HR Director. After Marci attacked my Native Heritage, Disability and went on to call me stupid. Amy H tried to get Marci to shut up. I notified CEO of INBH I was very disappointed, helpless and felt stupid. Soon after I filled for FMLA 7 days later I was terminated by Amy H. Plz understand where I am coming from, if they treat an employee like this imagine if you was a patient. Do your research.

This is the first bad review I've ever made but I want people to be aware of how terrible and unorganized this place is and to hopefully save others the trouble of coming here. This review is on behalf of my boyfriend who was admitted here and told me about his experience. It was nearly impossible for him to get help anywhere else so his last resort was to come here in hopes of actually being able to see someone & get the help he needed. First off, the lack of communication amongst the staff is incredibly unprofessional. He was waiting to see a therapist/social worker while he was in there and when he asked a nurse when he'd be able to see someone or what the next steps were it seemed like none of the nurses knew what was going on half the time and just kept saying "someone will speak to you soon" but he wasn't seen by someone until 2 days after being admitted. During the admission process, we asked if I could bring clothes for him & a couple of forms for the doctors to fill out for his job while he was out & the staff said it was fine, they were open 24hrs so I could bring it anytime and drop it off at the front. I came back to the clinic that same night and no one was at the front to open the door but luckily there was a nurse waiting outside at the time who was super sweet and helpful in letting me in. The front desk lady came out from the back and was so rude off the bat, had a really bad attitude for no reason when I tried to drop off some paperwork saying "no that's not how it works, it needs to go through medical records" which I would've done but I was told to just drop it off so I politely asked how I could get in touch w/ them to get this taken care of & she basically sighed out of annoyance but ended up taking it anyways. On the first day he was admitted, I was told by one of the clinicians that they would take good care of him while he was in there which is all I wanted for him but unfortunately, his experience proved otherwise. Please re-consider other options before coming here because it is an absolute nightmare dealing with the staff, especially if this is your first time seeking help for your mental health needs they won't make the process easy for you or your family members. The staff are only there for a paycheck and it shows. They have no empathy towards the patients so you're honestly better off elsewhere.

First and foremost - the staff and my doctor at Inland saved my life. As someone that has struggled with mental health issues for over the better part of 10 years it was so good to be able to get help in my time of severe crisis. My doctor saw that I had been over medicated by other people and that I needed less medication and more education about how to cope with anxiety, ptsd, panic, depression. Sure medication helps, especially in severe crisis. I'm not sure why people have posted that there is no communication because there are working phones on the unit I was on. I could call friends, family -- whoever I felt I needed to. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I really enjoyed the recreation therapy they provide!! There is a full sized basketball court inside in the hospital that we used every day. There is group therapy offered every day. I saw my doctor every day. Great caring nursing staff as well.
