They tried to call the police on my company for coming late at night and I made a mistake and left my phone and they gave it to a total stranger and said after I check out at 11 they no longer have to keep my property for me to pick up and they even answered my phone I can't make this up I wish y'all had negative because they would get a -10 from me

The staff was super sweet i enjoyed her she was pleasant and super understanding I am traveling with my 3 children and my son and daughter have health issues they allowed us a down stairs room with my sons service dog and they usually don't! Not to mention she was super sweet to my children ❤ I would rate them higher if I could!!

My husband made reservations for us last week to stay 7/3-7/10. I looked at the reviews and saw how horrible this place was so my husband called them the next day to cancel. We were coming in from Michigan and on the 3rd they took $100.00 from our bank account as a cancellation fee saying we cancelled the day of. My husband called and the guy says there's nothing saying you cancelled last week. My husband told him he spoke with a woman and he says well I can't help you because it wasn't cancelled. Horrible customer service obviously when the employees don't do their job right and the manager doesn't care. So basically they stole money from us. We drove past there today and they lie about how the building actually looks according to the pics they posted. Very shady business that needs to be shut down.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed nice and clean , but it clearly has bedbugs. I ended up leaving and couldn't sleep because I was getting ATE up so badly. Waste of money and nearly needed medical attention for the swollen whelps on my boyfriend , not to mention how much extra it costs to wash all of the things that were brought into the room to avoid infestation in our own home. I wish I would have asked for a refund.
