This place literally stresses me out. Most of the stalls screens don’t work for you to order. Then I Ordered a chili cheese coney meal. They Told me it would be a 10 min wait. So they could make it “fresh”. I said that’s fine. Also ordered a chicken strip dinner for my daughter. Told them ff instead of tater tot’s. She still got tots. Even tho they read it back to me twice and they said ff. Once we finally get our food, My coney is barely warm & the bread feels like it’s been sitting out for a couple hours drying out. I live 30 seconds from there. So it wouldn’t have went from “fresh and hot” to “Luke warm” in the 2 mins it took me to get back home and inside to pull the food out on the counter. I also never got my receipt after I asked if they put my 10% discount on there (I buy football cards every year) and she said “i assume so, but i don’t know”…😑 I was perfectly fine with the waiting. This place is known for a long wait. But I was expecting at least fresh hot food. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄

It would be a better place if the kids they have working knew what sweet tea was and would worry about getting their orders out you sit 20 minutes to get 2sweet teas and stop turning the app off

One of the workers there, Natalie. Give that girl a raise. My car died in the parking lot tonight after ordering, not only was her customer service appreciated but when I asked for help, though she couldn’t help, was kind enough offer me a tea while I looked for help. She was very nice, and I’ll always remember that.

Took 4 ever to get my food. I even called it in at 315 got food out 350. Drink was water down.i would have understood if busy which they were not busy at all. Burger was messy but at least French fries were hottt. The server was nice thou
