Placed order at 7:29 pm. Website was estimating delivery in 25 - 35 minutes. Received text that order was out for delivery at 8:24 pm, 55 minutes later. Called store when driver hadn't shown up after 25 minutes. Driver didn't arrive until 9:10 pm. Order was refused.

They deserve a zero rating. I ordered Tuscani® Chicken Alfredo Pasta with 5 Cheese Sticks Tuscani® Meaty Marinara Pasta with 5 Cheese Sticks Tue, 05/3/2022, 6:53 PM Total: $28.49 I received my food late. Both pastas were lukewarm and dry. Some of the pasta was rubbery, I only got one order of cheese stick when I paid EXTRA for 2 orders. The sicks were cold, dry and hard to eat, we didn't have any sauce to accompany the sticks. I tried calling the local Pizza Hut in Blytheville, Arkansas and all I got was a recording of Craig Robinson I held on for 10 minutes and no on ever picked-up. This has to be the worse Pizza Hut in the U.S. They argue with customers when you tell them your pizza is not right, they skimp on toppings. I won't order another thing from them I will just use another Pizza place from now on. I recommend anybody wanting Pizza Hut to try Osceola's or Kennett, MO Pizza Hut.

I'm a truck driver from Georgia, called to order 1st call didn't even say please hold.. just cut me off.. called back a different lady answerswas pretty nice... so she gave the phone back to the 1st girl witch was still extremely Rude..
