Horrible, tried to order #3 with a coffee and crispy chicken sandwich inside. Got just the sandwiches, no fries, and small coffee that I had to go back and ask for. Check out didn't care, horrible service, employees to busy fooling around to get things right. Owner should close until they find good employees.

Terrible experience. Waited for 10 minutes in one drive thru line at the order box while three customers were assisted at the lane next to us. Despite asking the box for assistance multiple times, no one replied. We assumed that we should pull up to the first window for assistance and to order, as that has been the case in other locations when ordering at an order box has not worked. Once we pulled up, the worker refused to take our order and told us we had to come around and wait in line again. We explained that we were unable to place our order and were ignored in line, but she refused to listen or serve us and told us to move on. Horrible experience and customer service.

This McDonald's is usually spot on. I don't know what happened. Today the fries were cold and the large size wasn't 1/2 full. I ordered a large coke and a unsweetened tea and got 2 sweet tea. Maybe they were just having a bad day. They were pretty slammed
