We treasure Garden Plaza of Post Falls for the service they do for the elderly in our community and the outreach efforts they provide to the community also. We attend Halloween and Easter here each year and value the interaction between our little ones and the residents. As a living space I can also personally vouch for the cleanliness and pristine environment in all the buildings and the positive community they foster. I have always been genuinely impressed with the staff’s ability to know all the residents by name and face. We have spent time here in two different buildings here with our loved ones. Keep up the great work!

Garden Plaza is one of the premier continuum of care facilities in the Pacific Northwest, certainly in all of north Idaho. They have the distinction of being a campus that not only looks great on the outside, but also a place where the staff is even greater on the inside. It is after all, the people inside the buildings who deliver the quality care that makes the difference when comparing one facility to another. And the team at Garden Plaza delivers. They are wonderful community citizens too. They actively support area Veterans, area public safety officials, and always can be counted on to support local area organizations whose focus is on the health and well being of area seniors and their families. I personally have worked with Garden Plaza senior management on various projects and they are kind, sincere, fun to work with, and always keep the best interest of their residents in mind when making decisions. My Mother has lived at Garden Plaza for two months now and is absolutely loving her new home. She had lived alone in a big house for 10 years since Dad died. She lacked social contact, wasn't eating properly, continually worried about the house and lawn and had begun some pretty serious declines in her physical and mental abilities. She was driving which was dangerous to her and others. In the 60 days at Garden Plaza she has met many new acquaintances, made new friends, gone to concerts and tours on the shuttle bus, is taking Yoga and Tai Chi classes, has gained weight but most importantly is happier than I've seen her in decades. Our phone calls no longer revolve around aches, pains and doctor appointments. They center on her activities and friends. Her cognitive capabilities have shown marked improvements. The staff at Garden Plaza are all friendly, professional, helpful and upbeat. I've never met an employee who didn't bring a positive attitude to work with them. I think the food is outstanding. The decor is resort like. It is a place I am proud to say my Mom lives at and she feels the same way. We did a great deal of comparison shopping for Mom's new home and I'm very pleased she chose Garden Plaza. It is without hesitation that I recommend Garden Plaza at Post Falls for someone you love.

I have the privilege of being a family member of a resident as well as an employee of Garden Plaza. If you are looking for the best retirement community in the northwest, look no further! The amazing people who care for my grandmother are the best and the residents are incredibly warm and friendly. The five-star service is obvious from the moment you walk in the door and a feeling of warm hospitality is apparent throughout the community. It's a great place to work and, more importantly, a great place for seniors to thrive and enjoy a quality lifestyle.
