I am so bad with names, but you have 2 of the most amazing ladies that work for you. Every time I have come in I hope they are working. Both of them have gone above and beyond what my expectations are. I called tonight to see if the hours were right and she was willing to stay late just so I could come grab coils. Coils, nothing special not spending lots of money like I do, just coils. These ladies are the reason I keep coming back. You have an amazing team, don't let them go.

Great staff! Large selection of vape products including disposables. Prices are better than others in the area I've been to on most things.

Well, they offer a 35% in store credit for defective products… that’s a start. If you buy from them better research first. They won’t take returns and as above you get only 35% of purchase price back even if it’s defective… they’ve got enough stores and revenue to not be the small minded business they are. I hope they learn

I LOVE this store!!! I have always had great service. The people are soooo friendly! They don’t try and rush you out the door. They will spend all time you need to teach you about different vapes or juices. I have actually learned a lot from them. There has only been one lady that was a little snooty to me recently that I’ve never seen there before. Not bad though. But other than that, this will always be my go-to vape store!! If you are ever not sure on what to get, they will patiently teach you to help you figure it out! I really appreciate all that they have taught me! :)
