The lady working here on July 3rd was kind of rude to us. We would ask her questions and she just answered really quickly and tried to brush us off as if we were irritating her. Well ... sorry for disturbing you ma'am. I thought you worked here for the customer. I thought you were supposed to provide a customer service to us and be decent and nice to us. We won't be going back here because of how rude she was to us. I only give the 2 stars instead of one, because the store has decent prices and a good supply of stuff. They really need to work on their customer service aspect though. That is, if they really want to compete with other shops out there - who actually make their customers feel as though they are appreciated.

I walked in to an empty store. It was late around 9:30pm. The guy at the counter was busy on his phone and seemed irritated to help me find what I wanted. No eye contact. Seems the norm in 2022, which is really sad.

Show up on Saturday at 5 till 11 with open sign still lit, only to try to open a locked door and receive blank stares. Another customer pulled up beside me and was as well, denied service. Now I have to go to Mav and pay double for smokes because some entitled millennial can't be bothered to fulfill her duties. Pathetic.

The gal working the morning shift here is so awesome! Super friendly and very knowledgeable & helpful! I will definitely bring all my business here from now on. Great selection of tobacco enthusiast products, smoke away scents,candles etc.. really fun clean store!
