Michael Martin was my Salesman. He made my car buying experience very simple. I contacted him for an appt. to see a specific car but throughout the day, he sent me ideas. I told him what type of car & what features I was looking for & he provided me with several options. When I came in, he had the vehicle ready & waiting for me. By the time I arrived, I was ready to buy. He completed the process quickly. Washed the car himself since the Lot Attendant had gone home. Completely filled my tank with gas, which I have never been given before. Additionally, I was contacted by the Manager Devin Meyer to ensure I was aware that he was in on the process to make it very quickly. In addition, the Finance Person made it simple for me. Devin the Manager promised Michael would make it the best auto buying experience of my lifetime & he was right!! Michael Martin is amazing!! Thank you so much.

Great service. Quick and on time. The only thing I don't like that every service rep has done since I bought my car there is when I pay they ask me to take their survey and rank them 10 on everything. I have not taken any of the service surveys before. If you want honest feedback surveys are great however when multiple reps ask you rank them highest on everything that may not be honest. My service has typically been really good.

The facility itself isn't spectacular - it's nice enough and roomy enough and has the usual complimentary water and coffee. What makes this dealership a 5-star dealership is their level of service. They're prompt and respectful of your time. They don't behave as if walk-ins are a nuisance. They do their level best to understand the customer's description of an issue and behave as if they truly care that there is a good outcome for the customer. Most dealership service centers behave more like a business than a service. These folks respect your time and respect that you spent a pile of cash on a Chevy vehicle. Well done.
