Don’t waste money paying for priority or over night shipping if they’re you’re post office. Twice now, I’ve paid for two day shipping on products. It gets to the post office within a day then sits at the post office for MULTIPLE days. Had a package get there on Thursday that was to be delivered Friday. Didn’t come so I went in and asked if I could have it and they said no and that I probably wouldn’t get it til Monday or Tuesday now. That package got to the post office within a day, but will sit there for five days before they get to it? Had a previous package go out for delivery then returned within two hours to the post office (never attempted to be delivered) and told I would have to wait a few days longer.

I only use US postal to mail family gifts or cards cards on birthdays or holidays. In less than 5 months I have mailed 1 package and 5 cards from this location The package was delivered to wrong address we tracked it . It was delivered to wrong address and lucky but we got it by going to that address and asking resident . They still had it after 3 days they gave it to my daughter, who knows if we would have gotten back any other way. The 5 cards , 1 took nine days and finally showed up . It should have taken 3 to 4 according to what I was told. Of the4 left they have never been returned or recieved all contained checks . Ive never experienced this . Ive always had to mail these because my grand childen dont live close, same state just to far to deliver myself. The common denominator seems to be this post office as I mailed out 3 more 3 days ago to replace the ones that just disappered . I used a post office at another locatlon. All have been delivered.will not use this post office again. Make of it what you will.I never had a priblem when I lived in Otis orchards abd used the little pPO they have and I now drive there from University in Valley the 3 replacments got there fine. My opinion is seems shady filing complaints . But sure it wont matter . Use this Po. with caution. Literally every piece if mail I sent from this PO except 1 was never recieved or returned. I have exact dates and times and have thought of a law suit but value me time Im take n the 400 loss .. Im angry though. Thats putting it mildly

Absolute trash. Failed to deliver my package, so I scheduled a redelivery. Days after that rescheduled date, no attempt has been made, and the phone seems to be either disconnected or not staffed during normal business hours. I have no idea where my package is at this point, and this location's horrible reviews are evidence I probably won't find out where it is. This is the second time USPS has messed with my mail in a few months. The first time they just blatantly stole jewelry out of the package. If I ever had a choice, I would never use this pathetic government mess again.

The self-service machine is really good especially when you going to go 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. But the box that you put the package in once you do. The postage is often full so you can't leave your package.
