This company is terrible. Their motto is that they care yet I just saw one of their drivers in car 020, with a customer they were transporting, drive like a lunatic in traffic all while messing with her phone on the dashboard. Tried to call them to let them know and you can't get a person. Called the alternate number provided and they said it was the wrong number. Do not trust you loved ones with them!

We rely on cabs daily for medical rides. This company is the worst, the driver ran a RED light asking us to close our eyes. Then told company we were cussing her. She slammed on the brakes, refused to act professional, almost half hour late. Everytime this company picked us up there was problems.

Just showed up at Sacred Heart to pick my Mother up from m radiation (who is in a wheelchair and I transport myself) and Precious Cargo pulled in behind me started cursing and having a fit and falling in it in front of a parking lot full of people. I would never have someone so short tempered and foul mouthed haul a hermit crab for me much less my Mother!!

A great small business! I had the privilege of working with these great people for 3 years. I know that they have integrity and truly care for each of their passengers. It's very important to them that no one waits for very long for a ride. The owners are super people and each of the staff are hand-picked to be perfect for the job. Couldn't recommend this company more highly.
