Worst place to stop at. Truckers avoid this pilot at all cost. Don't get shower using Pilot app as it doesn't work. Go inside the store and book the shower. I booked a shower through the app. I got shower #2. I could hear someone's presence inside the shower so I decided to knock. There was somebody occupying the shower. I went to the Cashier to inform her about what had happened. She replied saying that it is a stupid app and it doesn't work. I was shocked at the response. Usually, they will reimburse or give another shower. I had to purchase another shower only to find out that it takes 1hr of waiting to get a shower. This is a small pilot with little inventory. It is attached to McDonald this is why I am giving it 1star.

Im a truckdriver been working in town for a month straight seen every shift and the staff is always helpful to anyone who walks thru the doors they never act to busy to help someone and thats good to see at a truckstop

This truck stop is probably the best shower and cleanest truck stop!! I've had on all of my trips Great water pressure hot hot water. The cashier Sam was an absolute doll very friendly and helpful in all aspects of all the questions I had. They have a few gaming machines but it store points only. Great parking for big trucks clean parking lot all around a great place!!!! Definitely recommend stopping here on your way through Georgetown Kentucky!! Great crew thanks for having pride in y'all's job. And the cleaning crew top notch..

Not a bad little Pilot to stop at, on Sunday it seemed to have a lot of spots open all night. The fuel island are at a sharp left angle, so make sure you get the turn good. I can see this place being really busy during the weekdays, but on the weekends, it’s pretty quiet and relaxed here. I’d come back for sure.
