Hope Creech is wonderfully upbeat and provides quality service. I didn't give five stars though because other salon employees and stylists are not friendly. Some seem to be bored while others are "in their own little worlds," not really making customers feel welcome. I think a salon is not just about one stylist; the ambience is defined by how each customer is treated by everyone who works there.

My hair had grown out with about 2 inches of gray and some left over balayage. My hair is a dark brown dyed color. I recently relocated to Kentucky from Chicago and I was trying to find a place I could trust. Fortunately Ben at Lux is an expert at his craft. He not only formulated a beautiful color but added some hilites which was a huge improvement over my former color etc. I highly suggest Ben if you need someone to redo color as well as maintaining what you may already have.
