I really like Ecco. the shoes here are practical and comfortable, you don’t get tired even if the purpose of the day is to walk. European products and models often change, which is also good. There are shoes for both the young and the older generation. I have been using Ecco products for a long time and I am very satisfied

Hopefully, you kept receipt. If you used credit card to purchase, the refund will be made to your card. No problem to return the shoes. The sales clerk and you should have checked the shoes before the purchase was made. Good luck with return

I have had no problem with the quality. The shoes are usually end of season or overstock. Keep receipt if you need to return.
