Just had a super great experience with Baker & Baker. They showed up super quick which was nice because I was broken down on the side of I-5. The ride home was great, they brought a truck with space for my kids' car seats, I had a really pleasant chat with the driver. My kids and I are home safe, I was pretty happy with how much I paid for how far they took us. Hope I don't need to use them again but totally would.

Absolutely terrible experience. Got into an accident, my car was left unable to drive blocking traffic on a highway. They wasted 45 mins of my time trying to figure out if they could come only to ‘pass’ on this. Left me on the highway in cold and darkness. I would never give them business and would rate them negative stars if I could. Please go with a company that actually cares about people.

My Daughter broke down late at night on I-5 headed home to Salem. Baker & Baker were out to her very quickly, in nice clean truck, & had her home in great time. Very thankfull for their fast & professional service!!
