I wish I could give a 6 star review! Mantese went above and beyond any barn experience I've ever had. They treated me and my horse like family. Extreme care is taken of the fencing, barns, hay quality, who goes in what herd etc. I've been blown away by the barn owners and manager. They are so awesome! I could say so many things! When my horse got injured, they let me know fast! And since it was a leg wound even put him in the roundpen for me to keep it cleaner until I arrived. They even went as far as to help us bandage him when when he was having a bad night and we were struggling to do it ourselves. The immense amount of expertise shows. They know horses. You can rest at ease knowing they'll know if something is even a little off with your horse. Beyond happy with how me and Danny were treated. They are truly like family and treat you and your horse as such. I've never felt more comfortable and happy at a boarding barn. They take excellent care of the horses and it shows. You and your horse will feel right at home😊So if you're considering boarding here, go for it! It'll be the best decision you'll ever make. They go above and beyond expectations each and every day. Looking forward to boarding here again someday.

This barn is the most amazing ranch to keep your furry best friends at. I board my mare here and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the barn I chose. Jennean is absolutely fabulous with the ponies and takes great care of each and every horse as if they were her own. The Mantese Ranch is home away from home. They have a patio that faces the barn to watch your ponies graze in the lawn or watch them play in their herd, they get to run out to a beautiful pasture and they get plenty of love all day long. There is a large arena, 50’ round pen, 60’ round pen and trails on site. This ranch has so much history you will fall in love with it the moment you see it, especially if your pony does well in a herd. It’s so rewarding to see your pony love the life that Jennean and Dave (her husband) give them.

I've had my horse BoBo at this facility for more than 8 years and my other horse Soldier since I got him 3+ years ago. Before coming to the Mantese Ranch I'd used 2 other local boarding facilities, both left me wanting something more. I found the MORE that I was looking for here! Jennean Mantese provides all the care, love and attention for my boys that cannot be bought elsewhere for any price! Look through the pictures provided here and check them out on FB. I guarantee you'd be hard pressed to find a better home for your horses than this!

Mantese Ranch is the most special place! I was looking for a place to bring my 29 year old horse as he was so lonely as the "only" horse at his home in Chattaroy. He had moved from western Washington a couple of years back from a "herd" of life-long friends. Everything was fine up until the late spring of 2013..and then I knew he needed friends...but not just any place would do! It was so important for me to know that he was in a place that was a.) safe and horse sound, b.) happy, happy, happy.. especially the other horses but also the people interacting with them. As I searched high and low to no avail, I was excited when my husband said "check this place out"...as I read it was clear there was something special going on here, but, it was important to check it out in person. When I called I was very certain it was a "to go to" place. Once I got there and interacted with the owner I knew in my heart that this was a place my guy would be happy, safe, and healthy. My horse (best friend) arrived September 1st and from the moment he was released into the arena it was obvious how excited and happy he was immediately rolling and snorting excitedly. He was not scared....what validated this more was the fact he was from day 1, one of the family as with all the horses there. The owner shared with me that it is important to her that the people who board there really enjoy all the horses, feel free to interact, but with a healthy respect for the safe, awesome environment. At Mantese Ranch you get the hands-on personal attention that people like me value so highly. It isn't easy to turn your horse over to the care of "someone" else....but when you know they will receive not just the top care and loads of attention all the while getting to be a "horse" in a "horse" world....it is golden. If what you are looking for is a place that you can interact on a great level with others who love their horse, feel confident that they are receiving excellent care and attention (underline this), Mantese Ranch is a place to consider. The people and the horses are wonderful and there aren't many places you can go and relax, have fun just like it was your own. Thank you Mantese.....I'm a fan for the rest of my days! Laura
