In the middle of a long bike tour to raise awareness for distracted driving, I stopped in at South Coast Bicycles to get a creaking noise looked at. Jeff stopped what he was doing and meticulously looked at all possible causes of the problem and eventually identified a crack in my derailleur hanger. This not only helped me with the creak, but Jeff’s attention to detail helped prevent a potentially catastrophic situation while riding. It’s not easy to run a business like this on your own, but Jeff does it all with a smile and cares deeply about his customers and getting things done correctly and thoroughly. I will never forget the help that Jeff gave me on this trip!

True Experience

Wow! We rented some E-Bikes to ride on the Beach at low-tide during sunset and it was amazing! We have never used E-bikes and found that the rentals are easy-to-use and you feel comfortable right away! Not to mention it makes enjoying that beautiful sunset even better with being able to ease up on pedaling! Would highly recommend. The Customer Service, like the other reviews, is what makes this place So Special!!! We will definitely be back!!!
