I had an issue with my Dometic refrigerator and called. The inside rep. Cierra was very helpful and assisted in identifying the problem and I also followed suggestions on best procedure. The refrigerators/coolers (I also have a Dometic cooler) are great AND customer service was also top of line!

Cannot go wrong with Dometic AC systems for you boat. I had them on my vessels exclusively for over 20 years. I just had a delightful service experience too. Mark in the service department diagnosed the root cause behind a minor issue that I was having with a system on a gently used boat that I purchased 2 years ago. I couldn’t believe it. A mere 3 days later I had a warranty replacement part in hand just in time for the weekend. Dometic is the only brand that I will ever buy. - no question about it.

Can’t get anybody on the phone have emailed and called multiple times keep getting disconnected or no response!!

Still waiting for our parts a month later....with quality tech not able to confirm the location or tracking or ETA. Also, caught him lying to us about contact with our dealer...Extremely unhappy about not getting our parts or atleast some truth to when we will. Warranty service gets a zero. Not to mention our part is less than a hear old and won't work on our boat.
