it was OK, I found $20 a person a bit much for a service that has pennies on the dollar. I linked my phone number to the gift card like website said, and when I arrived the employee said he could not look it up. The music played couldn't get a full song through, either through Wi-Fi or he just didn't like the song. So for $65 for 3 people to throw for an hour, where the music was barely there and I couldn't use a gift card I had, I don't think ill be going back anytime soon.

So about a month ago a buddy and I had gone in to try it out. The gal that was at the counter told me that there was about a 30 minute wait to get us in. I put my name on the list and we were quietly waited in the back. All of a sudden she comes over, yells at us and says that we can’t wait inside. We decided that we were going to go kill some time then and come back. While at a different venue we pondered why we would go back when we were treated so poorly. I then got left a very rude voicemail saying I should have called to cancel and that they were going to notate my account. The shame is that it seemed like a fun place but I now have zero interest in ever giving the place a shot because of the poor customer service.

Great time with my boys. Great staff. Andy was supper helpful & friendly. Looking for to returning again. My son stuck the axe handle into the board backwards on his first through! How lucky is that!

Such a fun time! Highly recommend for a unique date night or friends get together. They have different game you can choose from, like darts!

You absolutely can throw if you are under 18 and without an adult! We require you to be at least 11 to throw. Sadly we are not open on Sundays
Heber Hatchets is closed on Sundays, yes. But we are open Monday-Saturday!
To throw they need to be 11 I believe
Hello! Thanks for the question. We do have some leagues and events from time to time. If you're interested in joining a league, you can add your name and contact info to our list at the front desk. As far as bringing your own axes, we just need to ensure the safety and function of all the axes being thrown at our facility. Our waiver is based on the understanding that only Heber Hatchets approved axes will be thrown. Sorry if that puts a damper on some plans. But we think our axe throwing games are still a blast with our hatchets!
It depends on how many people you have and it's by the hour. 1–3 people = $15/person 4–7 people = $12/person 8+ people = $10/person
Hey there! As some others have answered already, Heber Hatchets does not serve alcohol beverages. But we do offer a variety of soda options that can be enjoyed during your visit. You are also more than welcome to bring in your food, but alcohol is not allowed. Thanks for the question!
No food or alcohol served. We saw people with non-alcoholic drinks and brought in their own food
To throw the axes, it's ages 11 and up. But the pricing is the same for any age. If you think your kids will be able to keep things safe and under control, then it's a great family activity!
Hello, Rhonda! Yes, the pricing provided by Jessie Lynn are correct for regular bookings (we also have special package options with different rates). You don't HAVE TO make a reservation in advance, but that is the best way to ensure we'll have space for you when you come. However, you are welcome to show up without a reservation for a "walk-in" booking depending on our availability when you arrive.
